House rules Before settling in, please read these house rules carefully. Respecting them helps ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone and prevents misunderstandings or deductions from the security deposit. Please treat the apartment with the same care as your own home. Keep the accommodation reasonably clean throughout your stay and report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Any repair costs will be assessed fairly according to the damage caused. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night, and respect the neighbours. Parties and events are not permitted.
