Booking and stay conditions Booking: every confirmed booking implies acceptance of the house rules and these conditions. Under Article L.221-28(12) of the French Consumer Code, the statutory withdrawal period does not apply to accommodation services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. Occupancy: the number of guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy stated for the apartment booked. Arrival and departure: check-in is available from 4:00 pm. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 am. An additional fee of €25 per hour may be charged for an unauthorised late departure. Security deposit: a €250 card pre-authorisation may be requested. It is normally released within 48 hours when no damage has been found. Respect for the property: the accommodation must be used responsibly. Smoking, parties and events are not permitted. Please respect the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm. Safety and equipment: children must be supervised, particularly near stairs. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving or when doors and windows are open. Use the extractor hood while cooking and close the awning in windy weather or when the accommodation is unattended. Cleaning: end-of-stay cleaning is included, but guests must leave the dishes and refrigerator clean and dispose of their rubbish. Cancellation by the guest: once confirmed, the booking is non-refundable. However, if cancellation is received at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded. No refund is made less than 14 days before arrival. Inability to provide accommodation: if the property becomes unavailable for a reason beyond our control that prevents the stay, including a natural disaster, fire, flooding or major damage caused by a previous guest, we may offer equivalent accommodation or refund in full the amounts paid for the cancelled stay. Internet: the connection must not be used for illegal downloading, piracy or any other unlawful activity.
