Data collected: identity and contact details, stay dates and details, number of guests, arrival time, messages and information required for the booking. Payment data is processed securely by Stripe; Séjour Tricastin does not have access to your full card number.

Purposes and legal bases: managing enquiries, bookings, payments and stays, providing access information, issuing invoices, complying with legal obligations, preventing fraud and protecting our rights. Processing is based on performance of the contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests.

Recipients: Séjour Tricastin and authorised providers required to deliver the service, including Smoobu and Stripe, as well as public authorities when required by law. Personal data is not sold.

Retention: data is kept for the time needed to manage the stay and is then archived only for the legal periods applicable to contracts, invoices and potential disputes.
